If you’re not ready to run a 5K or 10K yourself, why not race your rubber duck down Fall River instead? The annual Hot Springs Firequacker Duck Race takes place at 1 PM on July 4th: purchase your duck tickets for $5 each (or $20 for five) and see if your duck can be the fastest down the river!
The grand price is $1,000 in Chamber bucks, with $500 to spend at Ace Hardware for 2nd place and $250 at Lynn’s Dakotamart for 3rd place.
Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber office (Mueller Civic Center) or at the arts and crafts fair from June 24th-26th.
